Governance

The platform audit log and user management.

The Governance area covers the platform's accountability and identity surfaces: the audit log and platform user management.

Audit log

At /operator/audit, the audit log is the record of consequential operator actions.

  • Filter by action, organization, actor (user id), and a date range; clear all filters in one click.
  • Each entry shows the timestamp, the actor (name and email), the action, the target, the organization (or a Global badge for platform-level entries), and an expandable metadata payload with action-specific detail.

Recorded actions include support-session start/end, tenant tier changes, organization onboarding, and global-library deletions. The view is backed by operator.listAuditLogs (with operator.listOrganizations populating the organization filter).

Audit entries capture the acting operator even during a support session, so impersonated actions remain attributable to the operator who performed them.

Users

The admin user management screens (/admin/users, with organization management at /admin/organizations) let operators administer platform accounts.

  • Users (/admin/users): a searchable, paginated list of platform users showing avatar, name, email, role, and email-verified status, with per-user actions including impersonation and role changes. Backed by admin.users.list.
  • Organizations (/admin/organizations, /admin/organizations/{id}): a complementary organization list and create/edit form with member management. Backed by admin.organizations.list and admin.organizations.find.

For day-to-day tenant operations (onboarding, plan changes, lifecycle, and the rich tenant detail view), use Organizations under Tenants. The admin organization screens are a lighter directory and editing surface.
