Plans & Tiers
What each Nia LP Reporting Platform subscription plan includes.
The platform offers three plans. Your plan determines which features your fund can reach and how many AI runs you get each month.

| Feature | Bot Only | Policy Hub | Full |
|---|---|---|---|
| Advisor (web) | — | Included | Included |

| Monthly AI runs | 500 | 2,000 | 10,000 |
Bot Only
The conversational AI interface delivered through the integrated WhatsApp channel. The web Advisor and the Policy Hub are not included. The Advisor answers from Nia's global knowledge base only.
Monthly run allowance: 500.
Policy Hub
Unlocks the Advisor and the Policy Hub in the web platform:
- Ask questions using the Advisor, grounded in Nia's knowledge base and your fund's own uploaded documents.
- Upload fund policy documents and run gap reviews.
- Export gap-review reports.
Monthly run allowance: 2,000, shared across everything metered.
Full
Everything in Policy Hub, plus the complete LP Reporting cycle — LPs and templates, the KPI dictionary and mapping, investee and fund data collection, quality checks, reports and the KPI Explorer.
Monthly run allowance: 10,000.
LP Reporting requires the Full plan and Nia enabling it for your fund. If you are on Full and the reporting screens appear greyed out under a "Coming soon" heading, ask the Nia team to switch them on.
What the run allowance covers
The allowance is one shared pool. Advisor questions, gap reviews, template parsing and AI report narrative all draw from it — see Usage Caps for the full breakdown.
Changing plans
Plan changes are made by the Nia team. Subscriptions are invoiced by Nia outside the platform; there is no in-app checkout. Contact the Nia team to discuss upgrading, downgrading, or your fund's usage.
