Policy Hub

What is the Policy Hub?

The Policy Hub is your fund's policy document workspace. It lets you:

• Upload policy documents — ESG, grievance, climate, gender, health & safety, anti-corruption, and others.
• Run AI gap reviews — compare your policies against Nia's best practice and receive a structured report of gaps and suggestions.
• Track policy versions — replace documents and retain a history of previous gap-review reports.
• Export reports — download gap-review results as Word, PDF, or Excel for your team.

Uploading a policy

1. Go to Policy Hub in the left sidebar.
2. Click the Upload button.
3. Fill in the upload form:
   • Title — a clear name for the document, for example "ESG Policy 2024" or "Grievance Procedure".
   • Category — choose from: Grievance, Gender, Climate, ESG Policy, Health & Safety, Anti-Corruption, Other.
   • File — select a Word (.docx) or PDF file from your computer.
4. Click Submit.

The document status changes from Pending to Indexed once processing is complete. This usually takes a few moments. Once indexed, the Advisor can also cite your document when you ask questions about your fund's specific approach.

Managing documents

From the document detail view you can:

• Replace — upload a new version of the policy. The latest file replaces the old one; previous gap-review reports are retained.
• Delete — remove the document permanently. All associated gap-review reports are deleted.

Once your document is indexed, you can run a gap review.
