Operator Runbooks

Onboard a new tenant

Create an organization, set its plan, and invite its first admin.

Use this when bringing a new fund onto the platform. The whole flow lives in the onboarding wizard.

Open onboarding

Go to Command Center → Tenants → Onboarding (/operator/onboarding).

Enter the organization name

The slug used in the tenant's workspace URL is derived automatically.

Choose the plan

Pick bot_only, policy_hub, or full. This sets which features the tenant gets and its monthly run cap. See plan gating. You can change it later.

Enter the GP admin email

This person receives the invitation and becomes the organization's owner.

Confirm and create

Review and create. The success screen shows the new organization's id and slug and the invitation link; copy it if you need to share it directly.

Verify

  • The new organization appears in Organizations with the chosen plan and a pending invitation.
  • The onboarding action is recorded in the audit log.

If the invitation isn't accepted

Resend it from the Organizations directory or the tenant detail view (the resend invite action). The invited admin must accept the invitation to create their account, since self-serve signup is otherwise closed.

Want the new tenant's advisor to be useful immediately? Make sure the Global Library has the shared playbook indexed. It's the only corpus available on bot_only, and it supplements every other plan.
